Transition Epping members will revamp the carpark lawn area at the North Epping shops into an attractive functional food and native garden on Saturday 14 May at 2pm. Transition Epping Coordinator, Sandra Nichols, said
“It will be a fabulous way of showing residents how easy it is to build a no-dig verge garden. We are really grateful to John Bykerk, owner of the North Epping shops, for his support in letting us transform the lawn into a sustainable garden for the whole community and also to the Bendigo Bank who have given us a grant for the garden.”
